So… when are you changing your last name?

This famous question! At this point, I’ve simply lost count of the number of times I’ve been asked that in the past three months. Someone should have warned me that there are a list of question that people feel inclined to ask after you get married. I need a sign saying:

Things I learnt while planning my wedding

So we’re just about 7 weeks away from our big day and I’ve been doing a bit of reflection on the past couple months of planning. Since the day I said yes, it has been a roller coaster of emotions (excited, anxious, nervous, overwhelmed..etc.)! I’m more excited than nervous or anxious at this point. I am ready for the day to be here!

Where I said Yes!

Ooh, Jamaica. To visit is to love it! I am yet to meet someone who has experienced Jamaica and not fall in love and wish to return. The music, the food, the people, the overall culture of this magnificent island is something to be experienced and I would return as many times as my pocket permits.
